Our planning application is steadily progressing, We have also have met with the residents on two occasions, see the Guardian article on the left. A further Ecological Survey has been done as well as a full Tree Survey. Further work has been done to clarify the inolvement of the Highway department and ammended plans are on the BANES Planning Portal.

We are hopeful that our plans will be coming to the planning committee in November 08.
